Thread: Hunt Rewards in 2.4

Yea hunts were so awfull. Now we are back to speedrunning 1 dungeon again endlessly. I AM SO EXCITED....... sarcasm off.

I do not see how that is better then hunts.

mistake on SE's part. SE needs to get out of this negate everything mentality they have. So now we are back to having a massive lack of relevant openworld content again.

Haven't been in a zone when an A or S has popped since 2.4. It maybe (opinion) the worst content to the game. Dark devices was not as bad as hunts. It is a shame that there may be some vanity or minion for allied seals. I have had a mob dead for over 4 mins and still getting casting/skill errors. The zones(server) weren't designed to handle 100+ people rushing from one zone to the next.

Though some will still do them for glamour, alex etc, it has pretty much died.
Last night was one active hunt party (usually 5-6) 8 a ranks in window and ppl only stayed for nahn
A chorus of wtf when people saw rewards then all left.
I'm glad poetics aren't in hunts but I do believe the sold reward is far too low, when a use to get 80 myth, down to 20 sold, really poor balancing

Just had Garlok on Cerberus. 10 Poetics for max credit.
No one seems to go for A anymore, I see a few desperate people annoucing stuff in hunt LSs, but no one goes there xD

Yeah, i was doing hunts because i was able to get alex at a quick pace but now it kinda sucks i mean you need 400 sol for one map and you only get 20 from an A rank hunt? Come on SE that is just bad balancing... You just killed Hunts in one update gg for you.

S ranks are still worth it imo, 50 soldiery for less than 5 mins of fight, A ranks not much if you count the "you gotta scout for nearly an hour" factor.

The rewards for hunts were the allied seals. The tomestones were a bonus... and prior to 2.4 that bonus was so big people were doing hunts exclusively over all other content. Now that they've effectively nerfed the tomestone reward hunts will be done by people looking for allied seals as they were originally intended. Maybe now people can have some fun with them and actually get full contribution. This was much needed IMO.

But now we need a small change, when they increased the HP of A ranks they said it would be temporal, due to the high popularity of this system, now that it died out it would be good if they could be toned down a bit so smaller groups of players can kill them without sitting there for an hour.
