    I'm sure you could equally agree that it was fairly difficult and luck based as is to HQ a 3-Star. I was able to HQ 3 Stars but none short of luck between Good Procs and Hasty Touch successes.

    Like honestly why couldn't this HQ item have been the same Durability and Quality? It is a 3-Star craft all the same. For what purpose must it be nearly twice as hard, when the content behind that is fairly difficult and gated behind other various content?
