New level 50 healer

Hi, I just turned to level 50. Before patch 2.4 you could buy item level 90 gear easily, but now it's gone. How can I get new gear quickly?

You can buy i100 soldiery gear as easily as you could i90 myth gear before (soldiery is uncapped). They've also removed drop limits from ST so you can farm i100 gear from there (or, preferably, sands and oils to upgrade your soldiery gear to i110). Coil 2 is unlocked and drops i110 pieces.

I say unlock Crystal Tower and run Syrcus all day long. It is very lax on healing I found.

It's either hits so hard that you need to use the mechanics to avoid it or it doesn't hit that hard at all.

I play SCH exclusively and never really have to get out of CS.

But then again, I do pop Lustrate every now and then with Scylla but that's about it.

Syrcus Tower is the way to go. Its easy as a healer for the most part and drops i100 gear. New patch makes it farmable too so you can gear up in a day. I run it as White Mage and dps 75% of the time. It can be solo healed if you die so you can be carried until you learn the fights.

Is it just me or is ST easier than CT as a healer ? I went back and did CT yesterday for the extra soldiery, I think i got an extra 50 on top the 100 because there were first timers, and i found it harder than ST.

The i90 gear can also be obtained from the 3 dungeons in 2.4. The jewelry drops as normal and instead of left side gear you get Antique <item>, which can be traded for an i90 piece of that item. The person who does the trades is near Rowena.
