    Where to Buy a House after purchasing Land?

    Sorry, but I'm new to Housing. I just purchased an small FC House in Limsa, and was wondering where to buy a House to place it on and how much does it cost?

    Open the Housing menu while on your property, there'll be an option in there to buy the housing permit, and then from there, to build the estate once you've got it. The permit options will let you preview what the default styles look like before you choose one.
