    Small returns for unnecessary damage mitigation.


    I good middle of the ground would be Acc/Det/Crit to skip IVs.

    And the ACC is very important for FCoB. 527ish cap for Turn 11. I was already juggling gear in turn10 last night. Sure when you are i130 you can probably drop some but that's 3+ months away for most tanks. Sands go to DPS first during progression its 1 a week, so 5-6 week best case for a tank to see one. Then you have the RNG Gods to deal with for deadwyrm. I cleared Turn7 25-30 times and never got HA fending legs.
