All that means is many people are getting the patch at the same time and 4.4MB is damn good to be honest. 12 minutes is nothing for a 2GB patch to download. Im happy.

Lucky you. I'm at max speed for where I live, which is 640 MB/s. Yes, it's very slow compared to yours, but around here it's high-speed internet. The curse of living in the country, because my download is an hour.
