Not even one of those Interesting yet underwhelming "Patch Preview" pages on the lodestone to give us a tiny little block of text to read maybe something about the crafter changes?...

Instead they just go dark and leave everyone to speculate?
It just seems like completely unnecessary silence during the longest downtime the game has has since it went from 1.0 to 2.0 XD...

Maybe.. Post something on twitter?.... By the freakin' twelve lol.. some people want to start downloading this approx. 4-5 gigabyte Patch!...

Perhaps they're all busy... You know... Updating and testing the servers before they go live so they don't explode! Community Team people and those who run the Social Media stuff probably have as little idea as we do as to what's going on.

And the patches have never been 4-5gb, they've been 2-3gb. Christ people have some patience.

They just also had to deal with another fan fest this weekend so I am not surprised if they are busy with the patch yet too busy to post bait for our boredom. It will happen when it happens.

No need to go all fanboi on the OP. 99% of every other MMOs allows players to download an update before servers come back up instead of waiting until the servers go live.

While I agree about no news is good news, SE still should have allowed players to download the update before servers go live.
