Help my Ps4 ffxiv launcher unable to patch file [20024] [-2133262324]

Seyferinus not trying to sound mean here but what part of the game is shut down for a full 25 hours did you not understand?
Servers went down this at midnight Pacific time Mon the 27th and WILL REMAIN down until at least 1AM tonight. This is in the PST time zone. No idea what tz you are in.
This has been well advertised for a week.

I see you are on Jenova and if this is your first char you have not experienced a large patch update yet. Currently all of ffxiv is undergoing maintenance and you will be able to log in again once it is over. Maintenance is scheduled to end tonight at 1am PST. When you are aloud to launch the game again it will download a massive update to install all the new content and major changes. Depending on your connection speed this could take some time.

It is possible we can update the game an hour or two prior to being able to actually log in but no one knows for sure. Just relax and know the errors are expected during a major maintenance period. Do not delete your game hoping to fix it. Check the loadstone for news on when the update can be installed or just wait until after 1 am PST before trying again.
