Due to an operational error, items that were planned to be added during future patches such as Patch 2.45 and Patch 2.5 were accidentally listed in the item list for Patch 2.4, and they have since been deleted. Not sure if there's another thread but, this was added to the preliminary patch notes.
Due to an operations error, some items to be implemented in future patches, such as Patch 2.45 and 2.5, were incorrectly included in the Patch 2.4 notes. Because of this, we have removed these items from the patch notes. We apologize to players who were eager to obtain and enjoy these new items.
One of the items removed from the list was Wind-up Nanamo, not sure what else was removed from the list.
Moving forward we will be more proactive with our checking structure and be sure to pay closer attention to our preparations when releasing patch notes.
We deeply apologize for those of you who looked over the new items and were looking forward to obtaining them in the upcoming patch.

Hey, I know it's a bit late but in this thread someone linked an official response to the garden issue, from a japanese Community Rep, can we have an official translation/announcement on that? Google translator doesn't help much![]()

At least the wind-up Ultros is still there.
As long as the removed stuff doesn't end up in the cash shop.

could be both!
The recipes could be a genuine mistake while the minions and dyes were teasing :P
I respect you GMs/mods/community managers, but if this response were any more canned they'd be selling it with the Campbell'sDue to an operational error, items that were planned to be added during future patches such as Patch 2.45 and Patch 2.5 were accidentally listed in the item list for Patch 2.4, and they have since been deleted.

Keep up the good work, though. Seriously![]()

Nanamo Minion:
Urianger Minion
- The Revelations that comes with the removal means that she will not be a quest reward outside of a retconned-in achievement (and if she is a quest reward, that means 2.4 won;t be the end of the Teledgi subplot). However I don't think that means she'll be a Ultra Rare dungeon drop (unless dungeon minions are always added in mid patches). Possibilities are Achievement reward, story quest in 2.5, cash-shop or Hunt seal item. Maybe she might be connected to the removed Moogle Mail quest that were apparently removed
Metallic Dyes
- Urianger is connected to the Binding Coil storyline so the minion might be a reward for clearing Final Coil or maybe beating the Savage versions of all three (the latter getting around the fridge logic of "if he's meant to be a Coil reward, why remove him from the same patch as Final Coil?" as HM versions of Coil are usually concurrent with nerfs to the raid. (as well as give another incentive to actually try the savage versions
- The Gold and Silver dyes were not implimented at 2.30 either, So it would seem likely that the dyes will be implemented at the end of the patch cycle. Retainer Ventures are the likely possibility besides Cashshop.
Well, they never said or hinted that 2.4 would be the end of the Teledji subplot (quite the opposite), not sure why you're not mentioning it as the main theory instead of an alternate.
I think Wind-up Louisoix is the most obvious final coil reward, but Urianger does sound like an appropriate reward for T13 Savage.

It's not that I think the subplot will end in 2.4, however I thought we could had been able to get it in the middle of the subplot, not necessarily at the end.

Until we see how they handle cash-shop items I am going to assume they see $$$ to be made and will not give us the content and instead charge us IF we want the vanity minions.
Flood the cash shop too fast and they will burn their own feet imo.
