Considering they released recipe information that greatly affected the market before the servers went down, which is against their policy, I think it was an actual mistake.

The recipes could be a genuine mistake while the minions and dyes were teasing :P
I respect you GMs/mods/community managers, but if this response were any more canned they'd be selling it with the Campbell'sDue to an operational error, items that were planned to be added during future patches such as Patch 2.45 and Patch 2.5 were accidentally listed in the item list for Patch 2.4, and they have since been deleted.
Moving forward we will be more proactive with our checking structure and be sure to pay closer attention to our preparations when releasing patch notes.
We deeply apologize for those of you who looked over the new items and were looking forward to obtaining them in the upcoming patch.
