Static LF Experienced Tank

We are looking for a tank that has experience in turns 6-9 (preferably multiple clears) that is ready to take out new content in a timely manner. Our group has over 20 + clears on t9 and want to clear the new content asap. our raid times are 8pm EST till we are done or are to tired to keep going. looking to have 3 set days a week atm Tuesday, Wed, Sunday. Plus any additional days people are free. We are looking for a dedicated player who can listen and knows his class well. We don't want to carry you and we won't. Hence communicating through email so I can explain situation and background. I've know i've only been playing for a few weeks, but I know my class, have the same hours, have extreme dedication; and only a few nights of hardcore farming I'd have the gear your looking for. Plus I'm willing to to be a temporary fill in to you think you can find someone more "experienced." I've run static groups and "gank guilds" before so I understand gearing someone up is a pain, but you will most likely be doing it with the new patch for a ninja. Till you find your tank I would happily fill in.
