To answer you, it will be exclusive to kitty till 2.5 if SE follows their trend.

edit: 2.5 will also hopefully have lala exclusive hair on top of that for that patch. What is given to other races for 2.4 (idk if it's to ALL other races) is the previously exclusive highlander dreadlock hairstyle.

I want to say they will but honestly I can't tell the future, however when/if lala gets the kitty hairstyle then I might switch back to lala faster than fast. xD

Highlander got a new hairstyle in the very last patch. They got the dreadlock hairstyle.

Next patch the Miqo'tes don't get a new hairstyle

True, definitely possible, if not now, it may be there later. But that's why I had also planned to run to see if there are any new ones, just in case.

Definitely gonna be hitting the Main Story Quests first. Followed swiftly after by Hildibrand, then unlock/clear all of the new dungeons. Finally, Rogue/Ninja shenanigans.
