FanFest Las Vages Attendee: Moogle outfit code..... Where??? and When???

Hello, everyone!

I just wanted to clarify because i was working today when it hit me.... LV fanfest attendees didnt get moogle outfit code to MY understanding, and that the staff/crew/other players said it was going to be emailed to attendees.... Well im confused here.. when is this going to take place?


Btw. Alot of attendees, specifically the first group of VIP's to register that friday in LV had their badges messed up and were given wrong VIP T-shirts and were never given raffle tickets.. It was infact one of the SE staff that pointed out that i was missing Items such as the correct VIP T-shirt and missing raffle ticket and No quest journel book in my swag bag....So just to clarify... is the Moogle outfit code going to be emailed to attendees? Or were ppls handouts forgotten at registration? Would be great if i could get a community rep response because unless im looking in the wrong place... I cant find any info on this.

You should be able to redeem it - you just won't get the outfit until the JP Fan Fest ends.

the e-mails should of been sent to you AFTER the LA fanfest much like mine was for the EU fan-fest, If you have yet to receive your code by the time the Japanese fan fest has concluded i would send a ticket to SE, if you received your code and enter it you will not get the in-game items until december 21st

i would recommend waiting for now if nothing after 2 more weeks contact SE with your concerns if you still have yet to receive anything by JP contact them once more to get the e-mail please make sure your checking the SAME e-mail address that bought the tickets, if you bought your ticket though someone else you may not gain this code, as well make sure you have given it a bit more of time, since the LA fanfest had higher numbers then the EU fan fest they may be still sending e-mails, also check your junk folders.

Lmao ok i reread ur comment then it hit me lol. i have multiple emails with similar characters. I just rechecked them and I did just now find the moogle code from the correct email xD Sorry everyone. Panicked for while lmao.

I would open a ticket with SE or give them a call - perhaps they could assist better than the forums? Sucks to hear that you were missing these items for such an expensive ticket, I probably would have raged....or made sure that I got all my stuff when I was there, and with a SE rep in person to assist. I'm sure this sounds easier than it may have been, but I wish you luck. It is my understanding that you will be emailed the moogle outfit code, but I would imagine that SE would send them out AFTER the Tokyo Fanfest.

On a side note - I had an issue obtaining mine via Twitch (I am leaving this here in case anyone else did too).

The issue for me, was that my account was an older account and somehow tied to my justin.tv account....which no longer exists.

I was told to click messages, and it would be in my twitch mailbox...but when I did that it would redirect me to Justin.tv (again, does not exist). So I could not access my twitch messages to get the code ><

I was able to stop the redirect by clicking the X in my browser....so I had access to my twitch messages. From there, I could click the message from SE, stop the redirect, and obtain my code...such a hassle.

Even though the code is registered via the Mog Shop, the outfit itself is not acquirable until sometime in Dec.. bummer =/
