true, but i also don't want to wait to install the update at the last moment and get into a bottle neck mutli hour long download war for the patch.It's not uncommon for glitches to occur during implementation, requiring a little tweaking here and there. If they are minor fixes, the already compiled main patch file may get released and then minor updates could follow... but if it requires large enough changes they may opt to wait for them to test that the core update is more stable and recompile in an effort to reduce some of the follow up down time.
I'm hoping it's a case of the latter. I'd much rather wait a little longer to get the bulk of the update up front in one shot instead of a constant flux of minor updates every 24-48 hours over the next two weeks. We've all experienced enough of that recently.
