PS4 Player here, Why cant I relocate the chat box? Also, More HUD changes please? =D

Not a bug so much as working as intended for PS3 or a PC in controller mode. I don't play on console, but use PS3 controller in gamepad mode and that's how I do it. It's also how you do it on the PS3 also (have a friend that uses PS3). On PC even when you are in controller mode, you can grab your mouse or hit your touchpad on a laptop and put the cursor on it and drag it too. If you had a USB mouse/touchpad on a PS3, it may behave the same too, IDK. The PS4 should follow the same rules... don't know about the touchpad on the controller though. If it functions as a mouse in game, then it should behave in the same fashion.

So whatever you have to do on a PS4 to put the mouse cursor on the General Tab under the chat box, then click/hold it and drag it where you want it.
