Thread: 2.4 Patch Notes Full?

aren't the ones they releases already the full ones?

In the last patch notes they only edited recipes, items and some other minor things.
But this time it was already in there from the beginning and i don't remember anything missing.

The notes they released were just the preliminary notes. They normaly release preliminary notes before the patch and then during the maintenance they release the full patch notes

Except there's that whole part about the Japanese Lodestone posting an apology for accidentally sending out the full patch notes instead, causing a rush on buying up all the items needed for the new recipes. From the looks of it, we got the same patch notes, but no apology.

With regards to the crafted gear, the patch notes may be full, but the rest of it as the usual enigmatic notes we get before the full ones. We could use the full notes now, while we are awake.
