Well, the question you need to ask yourself: Do I want to play on an EU or US server? Because Odin is EU and Sargatanas is US.

Also, @ the OP, your best bet is actually to create a new character on the realm you are trying to scout (Name it for the character transferring so you will know if you will need to name change also) and ask around various zones. You will get a better feel for the server by speaking directly to the people who live there.
