    Like I mentioned in the previous post, if you don't have a DOCSIS 3.0 modem that could be a source of the speed issues.

    Thanks. Their service includes a modem, so if it's not the proper one then it's still their fault.

    They do generally post up advisories and send out emails when they upgrade their services, and require new hardware as a result.
