The screenshot showed First Lieutenant rank, and a 55k seal cap.

I noticed that (the 55k seals), but I didn't notice there actually being another rank like the guy above me saw.

Either way, it's about damn time. lol.

Been wanting more GC ranks since a month after launch. XD

They removed the screenshot from the preliminary patch notes. Maybe its true. In a few hours we ill know.

But its kind of weird cause the rogue hunting log still is 5 ranks like the others. It a new GC rank we would expect at least 6 hunting log ranks. Future ill tell.

Huh? the GC hunting logs came later (after the class logs were fully established) and were based on the tier of ranks. Enlisted, Non-commissioned officers, Commissioned Officers. 2nd/first lieutenant are of course the officer tier.

TLDR: I don't think this addition would be changing the hunting logs at all, TBH.

Perhaps it was a little of both. I distinctly remember the officer tier of GC hunting logs not being available until After completing the DH (and later AV) prerequisites, thus becoming a Lieutenant and unlocking the logs.
