LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLJust bc you didn't read the ToS doesn't mean you are not bound to them. You agreed to them without reading them, and now you want to complain that they're unfair or shouldn't apply. That's not how contracts work. You sign a contract, you are bound to what's in that contract whether you know what's in it or not. Just like ignorance of the law doesn't protect you if you break a law, ignorance of the ToS will not reward you with $.50 or a free day of play.
