    I wish SE give us back our companions, we should be able to create them like a real character and we could call them like the chocobo for fighting at our sides.

    We could give them gears, vanity etc. And SE could create some special quests/dailies/story/dungeons exclusively in duo with our companion ^^

    I was thinking about this myself the other day, unfortunately I don't think we'll ever see them again. At best we might get a lore explanation.
