Ninja gets to roll Need on anything regardless of which class it's for or whether it's Unique and they already have it. Roll value gets +25 for any items they can't equip.

Loot can be desynthed right in front of other players in Duty as long as you have the relevant DoH class leveled, and there will be a new animation/sound effect corresponding with the DoH type- for weaver items it will be the sight and sound of a cloth being ripped, for carpenter the player taking a hatchet and chopping an object to splinters, etc.
