EDIT: apparently pvp only?

It might have something to do with people who spam limit break to annoy people with the animation and sound effect in dungeons. I have met some of these people, I personally did not have much of an issue with it but some people hate it.
Edit: and it seems its a pvp only change XP sorry for my useless post.

For PVP, have to think before using it now in PVP. This coupled with the half second increase to the magic LB = fun times!

Wasnt this for pvp only? Or did they add it ro dungeons as well?
Makes sense for PvP.

Because strategically you could decimate an entire alliance's HP with a perfectly placed LB. If you haven't done PvP much it may not seem significant, but for those of us who have it's a big big change ^^". It makes the clutch LB a lot harder to achieve and hopefully less people will just mess around when trying to use the LB.

I believe it said just for pvp, the reason for that would make sense. Could make people use their oh kupo nutz abilities seeing it start or make whole parties dance around (Mage LB).

Every time I do Frontlines people like to spam the LB but then cancel it for the effect/sound it makes. Looks like it's a PvP change only so it's not gonna bone if you have to cancel a LB on say a boss and it moves. Pluse the old trick where they pretend they are gonna LB the flag area, then they don't, but now your party is all scattered and they pick you off one by one and recapture the flag.
