Gun Class

I agree, it would be nice, and fit well within the 4 member party content set up... so I could see it. But I honestly hope they would even out job distribution before doing this, (without making my beloved musketeer anything other than dps, but I digress.) Right now the current set up works because we are so DPS heavy if they cut the duo dps to 1... a Lot of players will be waiting even longer for content. Now, that said, if they could release enough other classes to even out the roles, before adding a fourth position, this might become feasible.

With the proposed changes to this game promised in 3.0 my money is on Archer being replaced with Gunner and bard being divorced from Archer and free'd to go play music as it pleases. Whether Gunner and Archer/Ranger become separate entities or one replaces the other is yet to be seen but then it's fun to speculate.

I'd like a DPS gunner class (musketeer). I think a healer would be silly, least of all one called agent. The job that's based off of is really obscure. If it has to be a healer, I'd prefer a new class or chemist. Maybe even RDM with guns as some others have suggested.

So what do you guy's think the "Gun" class will be? I like healer !! Shooting heals would be the bomb !!

Now I do wish, cuz DPS is the best, that the "Gun" class would be DPS but, a healer makes a little more sense.

I feel like they are planning to get rid of the base classes with Heavensward.

I just hope it's one handed guns and not two-handed ones (or maybe that they offer both like for THM and CNJ).
