
I see your point but why bother -->>Recommendations are like a quick survey. Traditional surveys only have approximately a 4% completion rate Gartner metrics. The longer the survey the lower the percentage of completion. As this survey system is extremely quick to complete, it garners a much higher completion % than traditional surveys. As soon as you add more options, you increase the complexity. Which would bring the results much closer to traditional survey results very quickly. I am pretty completion is valued higher than "accuracy" by the devs.
The following is anecdotal experience I have seen; the higher the dungeon/trial/raid run; the less likely people seem to give recommendations. Mostly because they just want to get their loot and leave, then re-queue for the next dungeon/trial/raid.
