Thought I'd enjoy this the most since it's a "choose your content" phase...

Well 2,000 Light takes far too long to accumulate, and you feel forced into doing Bonus Light Windows b/c otherwise you're *virtually* slowing yourself down 50%.

And the content is tired, I've spammed enough t4, Garuda HM, & Mog HM.

The ilvl boost is sad (5 ilvl).

Don't get me started on Lightsaber ARR either.

Sure, it's easy to accomplish but it's so awful to do.

It's just bland & monotonous.

Please reduce the Nexus Relic grind.

And add Hunts for Light Credit.

Meh, only thing (which is rather large) I don't care for about Nexus is how I'm pigeonholed into staying that job while farming lights. Atma you can farm on any job with zenith. Animus you can gather the currency for the books as any job. Novus you can gather the alexandrite as any job. Nexus... you're stuck.

I have a PLD Novus I'm gathering lights for, and frankly it sucks that I feel obliged to do everything on PLD. It feels wasteful if I'm needed to go on another job. Kinda wish that we could get a lesser amount of light on eligible encounters for all soulglazed relics in inventory as well as full/bonus light for the one equipped.

fates/maps give light, so why wouldn't hunts?

anyway, i'm planning on nexus grinding, while also farming 2nd coil=win/win.

as they add higher lv dungeons, etc, then the base light given, will go up. they are not going to nerf nexus already, in any other way (possibly reduce the light needed, but not before expansion)

Since the ilvl boost is so minimal and the next relic quest progression isn't even out yet, I don't feel compelled to 'spam' anything.

Sure, I look for bonus windows, but I've only been doing about 300 lights/week since the patch and I feel like I've been making great progress without much time investment. If I only have a couple hours or so, I can fit in at least 20-30 lights. On the weekends, I can do big jumps like 200 between 2 days with little effort. If it's a HM primal I can even get GC seals from weapon turn ins and myth. Wolfmarks and myth/sold from frontlines.

I'd suggest taking a step back, breathe, and just get a different perspective on it. This is truly the most flexible progression step yet.

I got mine a couple of days ago without having to do anything truly out of the ordinary. I already farmed HM primals for weapons to desynth. I already farmed fates for seals. I already did maps. I already did roulette. The game literally threw a relic upgrade at me for doing the things that I already do. Adding hunt mobs to the mix would be ridiculous. :|

If the item level increase is so pathetic, why are you so hellbent on getting it? Slow down, man. Enjoy playing. o.o
