    Quest/City fame in FFXIV?

    Is there Quest Fame or City fame for completing quests in FFXIV?

    FFXI had it. You complete any quest within a region or city and it give you fame to gain better quests along the road. Even if you didnt get anything special or you needed from those quests you got fame.

    Fame would also lower the cost of items at npcs within those areas.

    If its not maybe it be a good idea to throw it in.

    no, they are implementing that system via the whole grand companies thing with special quests for it. And I don't think you get fame, you just get company points.

    No, there isn't, but the Devs are planning on adding some kind of fame system in the future.

    "Looking into" doesn't translate into "planning on adding." I think it's more of a "considering if it might be worth adding."

    So, in response to the OP. No, we don't currently have a reputation system, but it is a possibly in the future.
