Very unhappy

I just finished the steel reign fate, at about 6:05 est at hopseed pond as an i100 bard, did over 35,000 damage and recieved no mantles...... I have screen shots of pages of the damage I did to Odin, and I never died..... What going on?

what happened:
The fate started at approx. 6:00 p.m. and lasted till about 6:15 (these times are close but approximate) I was an i100 Bard for this fight. I accumulated over 35,000 points of damge according to the "battle" tab of the log. I was never killed, took only very minor damage which I used second wind to cure. There was alot of people fighting, so the screen was jumpy but I dont think I lost connection, I have looked through the battle log but I dont see any evidence of a disconnect. So the fight was finished and I received no mantles. I have plenty of space in my inventory. I took a pic of the battle log (1 page) but it goes forever, and I cant take pictures of all of it. I have waited and waited for this fate, and I finally got to participate and win and recieve nothing.... I was told through the guys in my FC that its only glamour gear, but I fought him and won and deserve to be rewarded. Please let me know if there is anything info you need from me and I will gladly share it. Thank you
