Well, lets be fair here. I could join an FC, behave in such a way as to generate a lot of trust and good will from the leaders, then as soon as i have bank access, loot it for all its worth and run away.
THAT is griefing. That is joining an FC with the express intent to work up to a point that I'm trusted with bank access so as to steal from them.

Its the same as befriending someone with he sole intent of learning what valuables they have so i can steal it when they're not looking.
