Unable to advance in story quest. "You Cant take it with you" bugged

I realize this is a duplicate bug but I cant find any resolution to the bug. I can no longer advance in the main story quest so therefore I can no longer advance in the game.

The NPC "Eluned" Will not let me complete the quest.

Please, before moving this to the duplicate bug area, can you point me to the direction of a fix? Once again I would like to point out that I can no longer actually play the game if I cannot advance the main story quest
