    I'm expecting up to $120, I just need to know when it starts so I can put down the reserve at my local Gamestop. The earlier the better.

    SE been doing collectors editions on the SE store only for the last few releases. You might not be able to get it at Gamestop.

    For PC only when it came to FFXIV:ARR CE. For the PS3 (and I do believe for PS4 when it came out too) you could pre-order the playstation copies from places like Gamestop or even Amazon, I remember I did my CE ARR PS3 from Amazon.

    My local Gamestop had CE for PS3 and PS4 versions. Considering that I own all three platforms it's pretty easy for me to say "just give me one".
