Well the Before Meteor soundtrack did go on sale over a year ago, I've just looked at my old order page on the SE site and I ordered it on September 19th 2013, so it was extremely unlikely you'd be getting a 1st edition anyway - if you wanted the minion that bad you should have got it when it was first available (like I did.) To be honest, I'd be annoyed if you were still able to get them.

You're right, I should have remembered that affordability is irrelevant, and you can get anything in this world through wanting it badly enough =P

They were selling first edition copies at the SE stall in MCM on Friday, then again they were apparently also selling Delivery Moogles which I'm sure people aren't too happy with xD

I deserve that first comment and I know it's selfish. I just like things that I buy with something that states a bonus "exclusive" especially in a first run only scenario to actually be at least kind of exclusive. More than a year on I'd expect them not to still be producing the codes, more so I'd kind of expect them to sell out of all the first edition copies.

However, if the thing about them selling the first edition copies at the MCM SE stall is true, I'm less annoyed that they are still available and more annoyed that they didn't give event goers like yourself who went to FanFest the opportunity to have them and instead stocked non-code containing copies. Afterall, SE should (and did for the most part) have put EVERYTHING into FanFest. Even if there was only a limited number available, why not make those available to the fans at your event rather than at an expo.
