Lack of place for people collecting armor sets

Hi,
Here is my problem, when i play to a mmorpg i always do this for collecting the stuff.
I collected all the right column for the 70, 80, 90 (bahamut and AF). And soon the lv 100 stuff can be obtain pretty easyly.
I like to do that for the mirage, and also for the achievment and the fact that i know i obtained this items. And the thing is, time after time, patch after patch, i realised the fact that there is more and more stuff, and no more place (ok there is the servant and your own inventory), but for a big collection a system with the armory could be nice. I can't even put my AF and 80 stuff on the armory, it's pretty sad!

So i'm just thinking/asking, if there is something wich can be created concerning this problem. And to be honest, I just want to share this with other people who do the same thing than me and feel the same problem.

I'd also like a place to at least store the 'looks' of the armors so I can use them for glamour later.

This caught my eye. You say servant as in one, did you know you can get a second one as well? You can actually get 4, but the last 2 require an additional cash fee.

with the way some people like to change their glams often there really is a need for a storage system for armour sets. especially since some can take a number of runs on content to finally get.

I don't but would collect a full set of every dungeon drop raid or unique armour and weapons if I had a place to store them.

and no 4 retainers of space is not enough if your a crafter as well, never mind storing fishing gear or all those cul mats if you produce a lot of food.

maybe a mannequin for the house that you could put the armor/weapons on? 1 suit per mannequin would be cool

The Armoire has a very limit list items that it will accept. E.g. your class armor (i50) can be put it but your class specific Hero (i90) gear set cannot.

This is (once again) something they got a lot closer to right with FFXI. Quite a few complete gear sets were eligible to be turned into an NPC who would give you a voucher for that set (a key item) in exchange for all the actual items. Once you had a voucher for a set, you could pay a small fee to retrieve the full set again. It did mean having to collect a full set (and all NQ/HQ for that matter), so it wasn't perfect, but it'd still be a step in the right direction to give us the same sort of thing here.

I was thinking this also. I tend to keep gear pices I like in case I want to use them for glamour some day. And I can see my inventory getting full eventually just with glamour gears.

There needs to be a better system for saving gear models to use with glamours.

Agreed. I'm still hoping they'll just increase on as to what we may store in the armoire at some point. It's a real shame to have to start vendoring off some of these current sets for seals. Simply due to running out of space otherwise. The combination of crafting and wishing to gather sets is an impossible one as it stands right now.
