    Any Free Login Notice after patch 2.4?

    Like in the past, when 2.3 patch came, they put free login weekend for us to log free for 3 days. Any clues for next week free login after patch 2.4?

    I don't think that was particularity for the patch downtime, more to try and attract new customers/players who had left to come and try. I wouldn't expect it every patch.

    Free login weekends never affected those who already have an active subscription, time ticked down normally. It only allows those without a sub to play.

    It was never a compensation, only a method to get back players who have quit.

    I know that free login attract players to come back from their long sleep, what I'm looking is news/ an insight.

    Of course it doesn't affect with an active subscription IF it's still running another week or two, also I don't think 'compensation' word has no relation to the topic, and I didn't even say anything for it.

    Sigh, just wish for my beloved friend to come back playing together again, she haven't register her subscription since 5 months ago.

    That free login period for the 1 year anniversary of XIV 2.3 just happen to be around the same time period and only usable by people that already had an account but not a active subscription otherwise the free long in thing not a common thing.
