Wow, that was rude. Since I lost my ticket number from the weekend, I told the CSR that I was in the process of getting a new one and that it would be just a second. He evidently silently hung up on me and didn't say a word. 2 seconds later, I had it and he did not answer. Great to know that someone paying for multiple accounts for ~6 years is treated so well...
I suppose I will be getting the name of the next CSR I talk to at this point!
Now to wait even longer. What an ass...
