One new PvP map for expansion. Anyone else find this concerning?

While we won't be getting any new maps until 3.0, Yoshi did say that 2.5 will get new rules. What that likely means is new match types on the two existing PvP maps.

Very concerning. I was expecting a new map for 2.4. If we don't see one in 2.5 PVP is going to lose players. I think more maps would bring more players. Right now I think people are not playing because of lack of diversity, not lack of interest but I could be wrong. If it truly is a lack of interested I don't see how waiting to add content will bring new players?

Some of the comments made, could we get different objectives on the same maps? With the adding of new maps or games on same map they need an option to que them all together. The community is not big enough to split into other ques. I am sure anyone with over 200 matches has seen the same players in matches.

FF series has, and will prolly always will be PvE/RP games. You get a side of PvP, nothing more. The fact they added anything to PvP is pretty amazing.

It really shouldn't come as a surprise.
