Ehcatl Sealant Grind

My issue is I can't do other beast mans now cause I need sealant. Ixali is the only worthwhile non.vanity beast man and that's poor

A lot of the new crafting and gathering gear appears to require a lot of Ehcatl Sealants. According to the patch notes you would need 81 of these Sealants to craft "one of everything." (Which includes all the new crafting armor pieces, artisan weapons, and any other recipes that use them.)

1 Ehcatl Sealant can be purchased for 8 Ixali Oaknots (patch notes)

81 Sealants would cost 648 Oaknots.

You can farm 6 Oaknots a day.

That's 108 days of farming the Ixali beast tribe to complete all of your crafter sets. (If you dont have any Oaknots saved up.) The best crafter gear being only obtainable by "Ixali Dailies" after 108 resets seems like a pretty harsh requirement.

I was nice and gave a crafter friend of mine about 160 Oaknots worth of Sealants that I had saved up at the time 2.4 launched, as he offered to craft for me in return. ;o

But now I sell my Sealants, to him or on the MB and I've made quite a bit of gil. Ty crafters! There was a time when they were going for 500k each (the week prior to 2.4) but currently on my server the influx on the MB has grown and the price has gone down to 300k average atm.
