    Actually in the original trailer he had a two handed sword, then through the power of the echo became an archer. In the Calamity video he settled on Warrior (with Myth and Bravura) and is now settling on Dragoon with its AF2.

    The cinematic is just that: high cinema. And it's very effectively done.

    Our buddy, the Derplander, slogs across the snowy wastes, and stumbles across a burned-out, devastated city. The devastation obviously caused by Dravinians. In the vein of "You're gonna need a bigger boat." we see him, like Clark Kent in a telephone booth, shed his Warrior armor and axe, because "This is a job for the Azure Dragoon!"
