Relatively New SCoB Static Looking for Replacement PLD

We're a group of 7 who started working on second coil a couple weeks ago (have cleared T6 and just started working on T7). Our PLD unfortunately decided to quit the game due to a big schedule change at work so we're looking for a replacement. We run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10pm to 1am ET. We're looking for a PLD who...

• Knows their class well and is interested in progression. We're not a hardcore group of players looking to break records or server-first everything, but we do hope that you enjoy the game enough to play your class well, learn mechanics and dodge, put effort into upgrading you gear, etc.
• Is patient and not afraid to wipe multiple times while learning content. As I mentioned above, this is a relatively fresh SCoB group. If you have experience with SCoB turns already and wish to join us, we'd love to have you! But expect to wipe a bit as the rest of the group learns the mechanics. If you haven't done T6 before, we're early enough into it that we don't mind teaching you so that's perfectly fine as well!
• Is reliable. If the schedule works for you, please show up on time or give advanced notice if you know you can't make it. 1 no-show wastes the time of 7 other people. You would think what I just said is obvious stuff, but you'd be surprised...
• Doesn't mind listening on vent. Voice communication just makes life easier. Of course, we wouldn't mind you talking either but if you are not comfortable with this, at least be willing to listen.
• Is committed long-term. Ideally, we'll gel as a group and stick together to clear T9 and future content. If you're having thoughts of quitting the game or just looking for a specific drop or two, this isn't the group for you.

We are looking for a tank for our progression group. We have T9 cleared and are looking to put in extended hours for the first few weeks of third coil. We run an extended roster and have scheduled over 60 hours on the first week but recently just lost a tank so its down to just me and another doing all hours. Having a third tank would help round out the progression. We would need to get you transfered asap to get you your 9 clear. Luckily we only hit 3% on tuesday and called it a night.
