I wonder if this means for advanced jobs they might let you branch out with different weapons for different setups. In DRK's case they could have 2 handed sword for a defensive setup and a scythe for an offensive setup there fore giving it different ways to play the same job.

In a game where you can easily switch jobs there's no need to give specs to jobs. Don't count on it.
