Dark Knight= No base class?

Unlike other more advanced jobs in the game, the Dark Knight has no prerequisite — one the player purchases Heavensward, they can be a Dark Knight.

This can be interpreted as the OP suggests, that there won't be a class for the Drk job.

However, I see this meaning it won't have a prerequisite like the other jobs, where as you had to have another specific job leveled to 15. Instead Drk doesn't require that to unlock the quest to become a Dark Knight, you can unlock Dark Knight right as soon as you finish installing the update. That is what the text reads like to me. There very well can still be a class associated with Dark Knight from 1-30.
