[Suggestion] Exp scrolls from every quest.

Rather than have monster give out exp when fighting in quests, why not for every quest and not just some quests give out an exp scroll this way you if you do a rank 15 quest at rank 30 you can gain some exp but that exp would be more useful to a rank 15 than 30 and the exp would be more the higher the rank side quest is.

What are other people thoughts on this?

Thinking about this a bit more , the other way could be just give an exp bonus when you finish the quest after speaking to an Npc.

Completion EXP could work just fine, but would probably not be implemented since it would add a means of leveling in addition to leves and "force" min-maxers to quest in addition to grinding if it's significant. The way this works in most other MMO's is that a quest has a level, and experience decays as you outlevel the quest (for instance, a rank 20 quest gives 100% SP at 18-22, 50% at 23-26, 0 at 27+).

I still think the best solution is to just have the material rewards of the quest scale with player rank. Rank 50 quests would just award Gil or armor in proportion to their difficulty.

That's exactly the point. Every MMORPG should always have several means to progression. If progression methods aren't varied, boredom is absolutely unavoidable.
