    housing sub division

let me see if I get this? first off trying to find good info on this was nearly impossible.

but it sounds like that in order to get personal housing you have to already be in a free company that owns a house. then thru that you can get your own plot.

if this is the case. then the one big question I have is. what happens to my personal house if the free company up and decides to sell or just quits. then do I loose my house by default?

sorry if this was asked before I did a forum search and got nothing.

so if anyone can clear up the details of this new sub division stuff I would be very grateful

    thank you for your time

I think what they mean is you need to access the housing area first, then go to the sub-area. You don't need a FC to owe a house to get to the housing area originally.

You don't need a FC to buy a private house. They did say you would need one originally but that's not the case. Head to the housing area use the atheryte to enter a sub divison buy your house, once this is done you'll be able to use a shortcut to get to your ward. What your FC does will have no effect on your private house.
