    Angry Unable to complete version check [30605]

    So I've just bought time after a few months gone and when I went to start up the game I keep getting an error saying "Unable to complete version check [30605][20448][10009][10019]. I have spent hours checking forums and trying every solution I could find and it still is giving me the same error. Does any one have a solution for this?

    I had the same problem as you,
    started playing again this week and getting the "unable to complete... 30605 error".

    I also tried re-installing, clearing the registry keys, messing with the ffxiv_boot file, running as admin, setting as read only etc..
    But finally the thing that solved it for me was changing the dns settings of my internet connection, i hope this is of some help to you!
