First let me preface this that I remember when the First Game came out.
It was innovative and new. A world that maintained within itself. (Please remember this the Sims is huge due to your idea) Many have copied since. Remember this and innovate new and exciting things uniquely to this world. Let them continue to be the copy while you remain the original !

Suggestions:

1. Not everyone is a Hard Playing Gamer. I am Hard Core having gamed since Commodore 64. But, my dexterity is not what it use to be. Gamers and their wallets average 30 years and above. Please remember that when making all these dungeons. I don't like any group carrying me to complete a dungeon. Would you? And remember games mean F U N not so hard I want to toss my controller at my TV screaming and take my wallet someplace else.
Rare Items should be Random in all dungeons. All players pay for the game not all can play Extreme or even Hard.

2. All Job classes should have basic survival skills when out in the wild. I am a level 50 Summoner/Black Mage but I have to RUN FOR MY LIFE as a Botanist/Fisher/Miner, and forget about cook.... how realistic is that?

3. I would hope Summoner is getting a new Ice Avatar. What about Lightening? Summoner ..the name invokes being able to summon ... say minions to help you fight so why can't the minions fight? Or special minions (not elemental) that fight.

4. If Archer is your Sniper classes. He needs better distance targeting and a Camouflage spell. Remember the game is to be a world unto itself. No Sleeping,Poison,Silencing Arrows? And they would have to purchase the ingredients to have those arrows wouldn't they.

5. Black Mage ( use to play FF 11) the lightening here is really weak, graphics too. Why can't a Black Mage have spells that turn your enemies to fight for you? They are Black Mages, they embraced the darkness. Puppets perhaps?

6. Miner, this job is like going to the dentist. Perhaps some rare items (only miner can get out of the stones and rock or found on the ground , a wallet) could pop up like the seeds that you have for Botanist. Soil? You would think Botanist made soil.. I think you guys can do better. That would help.
