They should cut everyone's physical level exp by 1/10 and keep the cap at 50, increasing the exp required by x10. That would be good enough.
I'm in favor of a level cap increase by a maximum of 5 levels every two years minimum
I'm in favor of above-cap end-game gear being weaker than former-cap end-game gear to start (example: cap raises to 55, but only features slightly weaker easy-to-get end-game items that are rank 51+ at first, gradually introducing stronger hard-to-get end-game items)
I'm in favor of making the sp/exp requirement twice as long as ranks/levels 1-50 for ranks/levels 51-55. And four times as long as ranks/levels 1-55 for ranks/levels 56-60.
