Yea the philo and myth stuff will shoot up in price but ixali quests should have netted a good amount of oaknots since no real 'need' for philo mats unless people were working on books for new tools before patch.

Those items are being removed from the oaknots list. They will only come from seals, desynthesis, and probably dungeon drops.

Expect myth items to go up a lot, as they already have.

Just went thru all the patch notes again. Saw no mention of them taking away philo+myth mats away from Ixali vender. Just them adding 2 new items to the oaknots. Also myth mats have been added to the GC companies.
Ixali: Philo mats 2 for 1 oaknot. Myth mats 1 for 7 oaknot. Ehcatl Sealan + Xelphatol Spring Water (new added) 1 for 8 oaknots.
Grand Company: Philo mats 1 for 2500 seals. Myth mats 1 for 9000 seals.
Other means: Hard mode dungeons + 3 new dungeons. 8 man treasure map and boarskin map (philo mats only no word on myth mats til after patch)

Just went over it myself and didn't see it. Hmm, could have sworn I saw that mentioned in there. Either way, with the Ehcatl Sealant added, I think we'll see most oaknots used for those.
