There's no cap on the new dungeons, CT, ST or Primals...I don't consider any of those to NOT be casual content. Even as a casual PvEer myself I have all the EX Primals cleared and up through Turn 6. I could have Turn 9 on at least practice if I wanted to static without my wife (she recently got her T5 clear) but I chose not to.
