    The point is, we already paid $120 for the ticket. Plus the costs like room, travel, etc. I understand that this was my error, but to be shown the respect of a reply would be greatly appreciated. All I want to know is if there is a way for this error to be fixed and to still get the Moogle Attire. I'm sure we aren't the only 2 people who had made this mistake...

    I have contacted Square Enix Customer Service by email, and await their response as well. If I get any info, I'll be posting it here.

    EDIT: This is the response from SQUARE ENIX support

    The item should be delivered to the same email address that your ticket confirmation arrived at. Please note it may arrive from an EventBrite email address and could be found in your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Currently, the items may not have been delivered yet as the items will not be available in game until the end of the Tokyo Fan Festival in December.

    If you have mistakenly input the incorrect email address the only suggestion we have is to contact EventBrite to see if it can be changed. We apologize we are unable to make changes to the details of the order for you. Unfortunately, only the purchaser of the tickets would have been able to make changes to the ticket information through September 5, 2014 which has now past. We apologize for the inconveneince.
