We have no data on the duration of the lockout.
I also doubt that it will last the entire day.

However there is a MUCH more elegant solution to this problem that doesn't do collateral damage to poor sods that needed to pee at the wrong moment.

IF the patch notes are translated correctly it doesnt tell us the duration but it does tell us that it is not an entire day

"Players who select Withdraw from the Duty Ready confirmation window or allow the window to time out without making a selection three times or MORE in one day, will be temporarily prohibited from registering for duties via the Duty Finder."

how would we be able to get more than 3 strikes if we are locked out an entire day?
